‘Real Housewife’ Sonja Morgan Is Asking $9 Million For This Colorado Panty-Dropping Palace

Posted: 08 May 2013 12:09 PM PDT

Sonja Morgan Selling Telluride Mansion for $9

As any diehard Housewives fan knows, these leading ladies of television bring their own baggage to Bravo, even if it means a nasty divorce.

And the casualties of the so-called curse often lead to dividing assets, and that's exactly what Real Housewives of New York City star Sonja Morgan is up to.

She's cutting loose some of that designer baggage — to the tune of $9.15 million.

The feisty cougar has put her 8,300 square-foot Telluride, Colo. pad on the market in the last two months to start fresh, she tells Celebuzz:

"I just recently got involved with aggressively selling my house in Colorado as I’m separating my assets from my ex and moving forward with my life," Morgan said.

And for those of you who aren’t familiar with this socialite’s silver spoon marital history, $9 million is a drop in the bucket for Sonja, considering her ex hubby (as of 2008) is J.P. Morgan scion John Morgan.

So in an effort to cut ties to her past, Sonja is saying goodbye to her 35-acre rustic ranch she's called her home away from The Big Apple.

Crafted out of a 19th century barn, the impressive digs come complete with modern amenities fit for a millionairess — soaring 35-foot vaulted ceilings, spring fed pond, waterfall, workout room, observatory, library, hot tub, nanny nook, and even a heated garage. Oh, how can we forget, the tennis court and equestrian center on the 900-acre wilderness preserve in Gray Head.

Ladbrokes Releases Royal Baby Spoof Photos As Queen Elizabeth Scales Back Duties

Posted: 08 May 2013 12:02 PM PDT

Today, British betting company Ladbrokes released photos of the royal women (Queen Elizabeth, the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Cornwall) getting the royal nursery prepped with the help of Pippa and Carole Middleton.

In addition to that, Ladbrokes put together an infographic covering any and all information relating to bets placed on the royal baby’s gender, name, hair color, date of birth and more.

This comes on a day when the UK learned its sovereign would be taking on less royal duties in favor of her son, Prince Charles.  As heir to the throne, Charles will represent Her Majesty at November’s Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in Sri Lanka.

According to Richard Palmer of the Daily Express, the Queen (who turned 87 last month) will most certainly not abdicate the throne like Queen Beatrix, but the Prince of Wales’ presence at Parliament today was a clear indication that she is scaling back her engagements.

Katrina Parker Recaps All That Went Down In ‘The Voice’ Playoffs

Posted: 08 May 2013 11:14 AM PDT

Referred to as "the embodiment of [The Voice]" by Rolling Stone, Katrina Parker was a Semi-Finalist on Team Adam during Season 2 of the hit show. Katrina’s currently recording her debut album and stopping in weekly to discuss her favorite moments from Season 4 with Celebuzz.

Ah, The Voice Playoffs – the last hurdle between the top 16 and the Live rounds. Let's have an iced tea (southern style) and talk about this week's episodes. Pull up a rocking chair, because you'll need it.

This Girl Is On Fire. The performance that energized me the most this week was Sasha Allen. This woman has definitely hit her stride, topping last week's stellar Knockout performance with Tuesday's fiery take on "Oh Darling." She attacked that song with a passion unmatched by anyone else this week, fully owning the stage as a singer, as a performer and as someone who can wear black leather REALLY well.

Carson's Hair Journey.
Carson Daly's hair took a turn Monday night – looking a lot more *ahem* "buoyant" than his usual do. Tuesday was an improvement, but it makes you wonder if the drama isn't all about the contestants this season. Maybe Carson's hair will take an epic journey of its own – transforming and surprising us every week. I can't wait.

Less Is More: Quiet moments ruled the roost Monday night as Amber Carrington, Sarah Simmons and Michelle Chamuel did lovely, bare bones performances that carried more weight than some of the bigger numbers in the lineup. I kind of adore this trend.

Who's Fired Up? Team Usher – that's who. Usher put his unconventional coaching techniques back to work, taking his team to a boxing ring to train for their group performance of "Black and Gold." I don't know what was more adorable – the matching red shoes, the Team Usher sweatshirts or Michelle's reaction when someone threw a weighted ball her way.

Divalicious. When Judith Hill's song was announced, I got chills (knowing it would be something special). Despite the vocal difficulties she referenced, she pulled off a triumphant interpretation of "Feeling Good," giving it a spin that was wholly her own and milking each dramatic pause for all it was worth. Blake Shelton called it correctly when he labeled her a diva. Judith is not going anywhere anytime soon, folks.

Banjo Alert. Spotted – one banjo during Team Blake's performance of "Boondocks" – pretty refreshing after a segment featuring awkward team bonding via awkward karaoke.

Country Innuendo: When The Swon Brothers asked if he'd ever gone fishing in the dark, Usher responded by saying "sometimes, in other ways…" Do you think he's talking about trying to find his keys in the dark? Maybe he lost his iPhone?

My Ugly Cry: "True Colors" was a perfect fit for Michelle Chamuel. She's been such a wonder from the beginning – this crazy powerful voice paired with a joyful, unselfconscious stage presence unlike anyone else on the show. The message of this song cut through the artifices of the competition thanks to Michelle's complete and utter sincerity, inspiring my ugly cry and creating one of my favorite breakout moments in Voice history.

Reinventing 80's-90's Country. Team Blake breathed new life into some 80's and 90's country hits Tuesday – from 1987's "Fishin' in the Dark" (The Swon Brothers) to 1997's "How Do I Live" (Holly Tucker). Justin Rivers was the most pleasant surprise with his high energy take on "Meet in the Middle," but my favorite was Danielle Bradbury's "Maybe it was Memphis." She nailed it vocally and was one of the most at ease performers onstage this week (I keep forgetting she's only 16, y'all).

Fluff Critique: I'm all for positive reinforcement, but I'm starting to miss the more honest critique the coaches gave out during blind auditions (and in previous seasons). I remember being subtly pulled a part by Cee Lo and Christina Aguilera during my first Live performance in Season 2. While it stung, it was authentic. I get the whole "if you have nothing positive to say; don't say it" – but isn't honesty the point of coach feedback? When they ignore middling performances and instead talk about the contestant's story or how inspiring they are, it feels disingenuous.

Let's Hear it for the Girls. Florence and The Machine was an inspired choice for Team Adam. Although Amber seemed the most at home on "Shake it Out," all the girls shined on the song, making it my favorite group performance this week (Go Adam Levine!).

More Where That Came From. I don't think "Let's Stay Together" gave Karina Iglesias the chance to bust out the versatility and energy she's previously shown, BUT I am still firmly in her camp. She remains one of the most driven contestants in the competition and a standout on Team Shakira.

Melting America's Ice Pops. Adam and Usher's Duet of "Superstition" was hot enough to melt my ice pop AND my dog's ice pop. Basically, God help your frozen treats when these two coaches combine forces.

You've never heard this song?? I feel like we need to have a sit down with the coaches and contestants to go over the last 20 years of popular music.  Adam can take a crash course in country. Vedo can familiarize himself with the sweet sounds of Phil Collins. Blake can acquaint himself with Ed Sheeran and other music in constant rotation on Pop radio (in Blake's defense, "The A Team" doesn't play in honky-tonks). I think this education would be good for everyone.

Who are YOUR picks to stay (or leave) this week? Leave your thoughts in the comments, and tune in Monday at 8PM EST as I live-tweet the next episode of The Voice (@katrinapmusic).

The Hemsworth Brothers Stage Sexiest Intervention Ever to Get Miley Cyrus and Liam to Break Up

Posted: 08 May 2013 10:51 AM PDT

Friends don’t let friends smoke crack. Or marry Miley Cyrus, apparently. US Weekly reports the elder Hemsworth brothers staged an intervention for their youngest brother Liam to get him to break up with Cyrus. Next week on a very special episode of Intervention… cue the bells:

“We’re doing this because we love you,” Chris Hemsworth says, gently grabbing his younger brother’s knee. “We just want you to be healthy,” added Luke. Then they pass around a box of Kleenex and each flips his luxurious hair.

Whether or not the Hunger Games star and Cyrus are still together remains unclear. While Cyrus has recently been spotted wearing her engagement ring with stripper heels and while eating frozen yogurt, recent statements by her father Billy Ray and Hollywood matchmaker Snoop Lion have suggested the two won’t be making it to the altar.

Cyrus, on the other hand, continues to insist the two are together, recently telling magazine: “Every week it’s, ‘Are they broken up? Because we don’t see a photo of them. I don’t have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don’t.”

Will Hemsworth put down the Miley pipe and get his life back on track? Or will his brothers’ intervention be for naught? If only answering that question were as easy as watching one hour of television.

Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull Have Recorded Another Song Together

Posted: 08 May 2013 09:28 AM PDT

Sometime in the last couple of months, Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull made their way inside a secret music factory, where they sat down together and pressed a bunch of buttons that read things like “dance” and “clubs” and “shots.”

The result was a song called “Live It Up,” released Wednesday on J-Lo’s YouTube page.

As you might expect, the song is very similar to their previous collaborations as it stresses the importance of forgetting your troubles on the dance floor and having a night of good ol’ fashioned fun. More specifically, the song instructs us to “turn up this mother,” “let it play” and “f*** tonight.”

To quote another key lyric from the song, YOLO!

‘The Butler’ Trailer Features Pretty Much Every Actor in Hollywood, Ever

Posted: 08 May 2013 08:29 AM PDT

The Weinstein Co. on Tuesday released the first official trailer for The Butler, Lee Daniels’ historical epic about a servant (Forest Whitaker) who worked in the White House through multiple presidencies.

In order to accurately portray the story, Daniels (the man behind 2009′s Precious) had to enlist a bunch of famous Hollywood faces to play a bunch of famous political figures. On the list: Robin Williams as Dwight D. Eisenhower; James Marsden as John F. Kennedy; and, in a twist of irony, Jane Fonda as Nancy Reagan.

The whole thing looks like it could go the route of Bobby, Emilio Estevez’s 2006 disaster that had actors like Sharon Stone, Shia LaBeouf and Ashton Kutcher reacting to the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy.

But, hey, at least Oprah’s in this one.

Cory Monteith Lays Low Post-Rehab With Lea Michele in Mexico

Posted: 08 May 2013 07:26 AM PDT

Cory Monteith has found his place in the sun.

On the heels of his month-long stint in rehab, the Glee star took time away from the spotlight to soak up rays south of the border with costar and real-life love Lea Michele.

Monteith, 30, and Michele, 26, were spotted sharing a low-key lunch on Tuesday afternoon amidst the palm trees of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where the couple has been hiding out from the real world for a few days.

“Sailing off on another adventure… Putting down the electronics for the next few days,” Michele tweeted of the getaway with her recovering beau. “Gonna rest up mind body and soul! See u soon!”

Monteith — who announced over a month ago that he was voluntarily checking into rehab for substance abuse — completed treatment for substance abuse in late April, when he reunited with Michele in Los Angeles, Calif.

But the couple soon skipped town, with Monteith taking Michele up to his native Canada for some much-needed one-on-one time. While in The Great White North, the pair cheered on the Vancouver Canucks — while decked out in the home team’s gear — as the squad took on San Jose Sharks in Game 1 of their NHL playoff series.

Zac Efron Shows Off His Abs, Gives Us a Reason to See ‘Townies’

Zac Efron let it all hang out on the set of Townies yesterday afternoon. By that, we mean his abs.

The film is currently shooting in Los Angeles, and co-stars Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, among a host of other famous faces.

There’s also a plot in there somewhere. But, yeah. Zac Efron has abs.

Selena Gomez Says ‘You Can’t Help Who You Date’

Posted: 08 May 2013 06:28 AM PDT

Selena Gomez says she recently discovered that, ha, no, dating isn’t all that easy, especially when you have to do it in the spotlight.

The 20-year-old singer-actress — who may or may not be back with Justin Bieber, depending on how you interpret Instagram — elaborated on the topic in the June issue of InStyle:

It's uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know. I don't like that. But Justin and I never really focused on the attention. You can't help who you date. So I wouldn't swear off that or say that's what I want again. I don't know. I'm a kid, and a breakup is normal. I have to go through the emotions and feel it out. I'm doing my own thing, being with my friends, and he's doing very well too.

Gomez also says she’s written a song about her much-publicized breakup, which she thinks Bieber will enjoy.

“That's the most personal track on the record, for sure. I think it's a sweet way of releasing it. It's not an aggressive approach to what people are probably expecting. I'm sure he'll love it too,” she said.

Uh-huh.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s Got A Thing For Suits

Posted: 02 May 2013 05:33 PM PDT

In The Great Gatsby, Baz Luhrmann's take on the beloved F. Scott Fitzgerald classic, Leonardo DiCaprio rocks many, many suits.

Just take a look at the third theatrical trailer for the film: Leo goes pink, tan, white, black (for a tuxedo) and light brown. And that's just the trailer.

Whether it's on the big screen or on the red carpet, one thing's for sure: DiCaprio can pull off the suit and tie look better than most actors and models in Hollywood.

Is it the way he stands? The way he doesn't really smile? The way the suits just fit him like a glove?

In his most recent formal appearances, the 38-year-old has worn suits by the likes of Tom Ford and Giorgio Armani. For the world premiere of The Great Gatsby in New York City, DiCaprio turned to Prada for a blue two-button notched lapel suit. Oh, and he had a matching silk tie.

In honor of Leo and The Great Gatsby, Celebuzz has gathered 10 of the most recent and best looks featuring the actor in a polished suit.

The Great Gatsby opens in theaters May 10.

This Is What A Celebrity Home Facing Foreclosure Looks Like

Posted: 07 May 2013 03:25 PM PDT

Drake Bell is aiming to make a Splash  – sorry, we couldn’t help it — on the real estate market.

The former Nickelodeon star, who’s also currently appearing on the ABC diving show, has listed his Los Feliz, Calif., home for $1.4 million.

According to the listing, the home is not only priced below the $2.05 million Bell paid in 2007, but the property is also in the midst of the foreclosure process.

Sitting at 3,400 square feet, the Spanish style pad boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a balcony with city views.

Luxury amenities also include stainless steel appliances and a marble slab counter top in the kitchen, a wet-bar in the office, walk-in closet in the master suite and a private swimming pool in the backyard.

However, the 26-year-old’s massive collection of Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards — which he conveniently keeps on a shelf next to his kitchen sink — is not included in the asking price.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Results Recap: Meet The Top 5 Couples

Posted: 08 May 2013 12:09 AM PDT

Dancing With The Stars had a week of shockers and Tuesday's results show was no exception. The ABC competition cut the six remaining couples down to the five semi-finalists and featured a performance from Jason Derulo.

After last night's night of high and low points, Zendaya's perfect-scoring salsa trio and Kellie Pickler's surprisingly low score of 7 from Len Goodman made tonight's results show more interesting than usual.

The encore goes to Zendaya, Gleb Savchenko and Val Chmerkovskiy. Their three-person salsa routine scored the first 30 of the season, so of course we would get a replay. And surprise, surprise — the crowd-pleasing teen was named on of the few to be on her way to the semifinals. Was there any doubt?

Another predictable pair to head to the winner's circle was Aly Raisman and her partner, Mark Ballas. These two have been frontrunners from the start and show no signs of slowing down now.

In a shocking twist, the other sure-win for the semi-finals was in jeopardy for the first time this season. The crowd was in an uproar when the hosts called Kellie Pickler to the chopping block. Guess the home viewers agreed with Len's harsh critique of the country cutie, despite her stellar showing all season.

There's no way she and Derek Hough are heading home. Just. No. Way.

Just as shocking was the announcement that Ingo Rademacher and his partner, Kym Johnson, were safe.

Seriously, this guy’s got some loyal fans because his dance moves stink — for real. They run another special segment about his super cute kid, but it's starting to feel like overkill. We get it. He's a dad. Moving on.

Jacoby Jones just couldn't catch a break. The football star seriously improved over the course of the competition and his shirt-ripping number definitely earned rave reviews from the judge's Monday night. Still, the voters put him back on the bottom for the second week in a row. His partner, Karina Smirnoff, seemed particularly surprised by their return to the scary place.

Also on the bottom was The Bachelor‘s Sean Lowe. He and Peta Murgatroyd served up a double dose of duds last night and the judges weren't impressed. I thought he might’ve stood a chance against Ingo on the bottom this week, but with Kellie sitting in the hot seat, I'm thinking he's toast.

The whole studio breathed a sigh of relief when Kellie and Derek were told they're safe. They'll continue their battle for the top spot in the semi-finals where they belong.

As expected, it was Sean's last night in the ballroom. He didn't seem too surprised by the bad news and made a gracious exit.

First Look: Taylor Swift Gives Good Surprise Face On ‘New Girl’

Posted: 07 May 2013 05:10 PM PDT

Taylor -Swift-New-Girl

We all know how shocked Taylor Swift gets when her name is called, only now the queen of the surprise face is giving it her best in a new promo shot for her upcoming stint on New Girl.

T-Swift's much-anticipated appearance on the season finale of the hit Fox show May 14 has the country pop superstar playing Elaine — a wedding guest at Cece’s (Hannah Simone) and Shivrang’s (Satya Bhabha) nuptials.

And leave it to Swifty to have the whole episode centered around her. In fact, it's Taylor-made with the name of the episode titled "Elaine's Big Day." By the look of the pic that's exactly what it is: Tay-Tay dressed in lace and pearls and holding court in the crowd of wedding reception guests.

What pray tell could she be doing?

“She was amazing. She’s a fantastic actress. She did such a good job,” executive producer Liz Meriwether told E! News. “Our set is a fun set to come to, but it’s also a little bit crazy because there’s a lot of improv and people shouting out extra jokes and she completely held her own and did such a great job with it. She fits in great. She’s really, really great in the finale. It’s really funny.”

Tina Fey And Amy Poehler Beat Up Sacha Baron Cohen For ‘Anchorman 2′

Posted: 07 May 2013 04:57 PM PDT

Things are getting intense on the set of Anchorman: The Legend Continues.

Just days after Will Ferrell was spotted duking it out with a mechanical shark, cast newcomers Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are seen beating Sacha Baron Cohen to a pulp while filming the sequel to the 2004 comedy.

Clad in a tweed skirt suits, the Saturday Night Live alums wrestle The Dictator actor to the ground before bashing him with several blunt objects.

The movie, which is slated to hit theaters this December, will see the return of the original cast — Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, Christina Applegate and David Koechner – and also fresh faces such as Harrison Ford and Nicole Kidman.

"What I've been told is that the movie will be set around the advent of the 24 hour news channel," Koechner, who will reprise his role of Champ Kind, told Celebuzz of the sequel’s premise.

With a fight sequence like this, there’s no doubt the legend of Ron Burgundy still lives on.

However, the whereabouts of Brick’s hand grenade are still unknown.

Watch: Selena Gomez Debuts ‘Come & Get It’ Music Video

Posted: 08 May 2013 10:53 AM PDT

Selena Gomez wants you to “Come & Get It.”

The 20-year-old songstress debuted the music video for her latest single – her first in over a year and a half, for that matter — Monday and she’s not shy about amping up the sex appeal.

Invoking the same tribal feel as her 2013 MTV Movie Awards performance, the video features SelGo braving the elements as she dances by a fire in a sexy sari-inspired getup by Marco Marco before swimming in the open water.

But before you jump to any conclusions regarding the subject matter of the catchy pop tune, and whether or not it’s about SelGo’s ex, take note that the former Disney starlet has assured fans that she will be addressing her new outlook on life in her upcoming album.

"When it comes to my music, I did record a song on the album that's obviously going to be about the subject that I went through because I do think I should acknowledge it as well, but it's beautiful," she recently told Elvis Duran and his Morning Show crew, referring to her breakup with Justin Bieber.

"I'm in my twenties, so I wanna have fun. I wanna enjoy my life and not have to worry about every little thing, and each of the tracks on the album kind of have a reflection of just letting loose and being in the moment.”

Now that the video has officially premiered, go and “get it” by watching it — below.

‘The Real Housewives Of Orange County:’ Alex McCord Sounds Off On Ladies Behaving Badly

Hilary Duff And Her Son Continue To Be Adorable Beings

Posted: 07 May 2013 03:48 PM PDT

Mommy-and-me time has never looked better.

Hilary Duff took her son Luca to for a little trim at Tipperary salon in Beverly Hills, Calif. and the Hollywood mom behaved like, well, any proud mama.

As her tiny tot sat in the barber chair patiently, the 25-year-old was seen happily taking photos of her son as the hairdresser snipped away.

We seriously don’t know what’s cuter: the fact that Duff’s baby is so well-behaved or that she fawns over her kid like all regular moms.
