Kate Upton, who graced the publication’s Swimsuit Issue for the second consecutive time this year, is reportedly fuming over the fact that lingerie powerhouse Victoria’s Secret has decided to use an old modeling photo of her in their latest catalogue. "The pictures are from 2011," a source tells the New York Post. "Kate's not currently contracted to work with Victoria's Secret, and they didn't contact her before they used these images." If that wasn’t enough cause for offense, Upton was also previously told by the brand’s model booker, Sophia Neophitou, that she would never be hired as her sexy look is “too obvious.” “We would never use Kate,” Neophitou said in the New York Times. “She’s like a soccer player’s wife, with the too-blonde hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy.” Upton, 20, is said to have been first hired by the company to model pyjamas when she was 18. Since then, her popularity has sky-rocketed as she appeared in Italian Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Vogue Germany, GQ, Vogue Spain and, most recently, Vogue as their June 2013 cover girl. |

| Here’s What You’ll Hate About ‘Jersey Shore’ Star Angelina Pivarnick’s Music Video Posted: 29 May 2013 11:01 AM PDT  There are plenty of things to hate about Jersey Shore “star” Angelina Pivarnick‘s new song “Serendipity” and the accompanying music video, but probably the worst part is when Pivarnick’s co-star Adam Barta gets on the 1 train in the Upper West Side, inexplicably gets off at Grand Central Station and then walks to Times Square. This video’s existence not only defies logic, but the time and space continuum as well. For a point of reference:
This makes no sense. Another thing that makes no sense about this video is that, in a “cute” (read: exhausting) twist, the video ends with a double gay wedding. However, just last year Pivarnick was telling Barta that “honestly I don’t believe that gays should be married — it has nothing to do with gays personally — but I don’t f**king think that you guys should get married! You want to have your little flings with your gay partner when you’re younger and see how it is or whatever, that’s fine, but if you’re male, marry a female; if you’re female, marry a male.” It’s worth noting that, in the past year alone, Barta has recorded songs with Pivarnick, Tan Mom, Octomom and the man with the world’s largest penis. So he’s very clearly a famewhore and everyone is a loser. Burn the internet down. |

| Adam Levine Mutters ‘I Hate This Country’ on National Television [UPDATE] Posted: 29 May 2013 12:03 PM PDT  Adam Levine — Maroon 5 lead singer, The Voice coach and de facto president of lax bros everywhere — is in a bit of a pickle this morning, after a hot mic caught him muttering “I hate this country” on The Voice last night. Levine’s loose-lipped slip-up came after Amber Carrington was spared elimination, making her the last member of Team Adam still on the show. It is unclear whether the object of Levine’s disdain is the entire country — which “saved” Carrington, as Carson Daley phrased it — or just country music — which Carrington sings. Either way, there was quite a backlash online for Levine’s remarks, many people calling him a “communist.” Side note: at what point did the word “communist” stop referring to practitioners of a specific form of government and become an umbrella term meaning “person I hate?” Immediately acknowledging his mistake, Levine took to Twitter, where he posted the definitions of joke, humorless, lighthearted and misunderstand. Whatever he was referring to, the real loser here is Carrington who now knows that she was not the one her supposed coach was hoping would advance to the show’s next round. | Joe Giudice Caught On Camera — And It’s Not Reality TV Posted: 28 May 2013 10:59 PM PDT  The never-ending criminal saga involving Teresa Giudice's husband burly Joe continues… To jog your memory, this has to do with the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's 2011 case involving charges he fraudulently obtained a driver’s license — which could land him behind bars for up to 10 years. A source close to the case tells Celebuzz there is new evidence that could be damaging to the reality star. "Joe is caught on surveillance camera walking into the motor vehicle’s office with papers in his hand on the same day the driver’s license was issued in his brother’s name," said the source. The legal drama started when NJ authorities accused the 42-year-old of trying to pull the wool over the state of New Jersey’s eyes by using his younger brother Pietro‘s marriage and birth certificates to get a license after his had been suspended following a DWI charge in June 2010. "Cops think he'll get at least two years,” added the source. Keep in mind that Joe rejected a plea deal of a possible five years in jail in order to try his luck at beating the charges at trial, now set for July 15. In typical Joe style, he's not worried about the outcome. "Of course, Joe is denying everything, saying it’s bulls**t and believes that the Department of Motor Vehicles doesn’t hold on to footage that long and they have nothing on him,” added the source. Joe's attorney Miles Feinstein confirmed to CB! his office was presented with new discovery from the Department of Motor Vehicles. He hasn't had a chance to view it yet, but downplays the potential evidence. "It's my understanding there may be some grainy photos of individuals at the Department of Motor Vehicles. It may be Joe and other individuals and it may not," he told CB! "What I have heard about this is that it's not going to impact the trial in any way." Other than this latest legal fiasco, Joe has a slew of past run-ins with the law (which have oftentimes landed him in the slammer.) On January 14, 2010, he crashed into a pole in the early morning hours and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain a traffic lane in Montville Township, NJ. All of that and he was taken to the hospital and had outstanding arrest warrants. In September 2010, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail for driving with a suspended license. And on February 23, 2011, Joe and co-stars Christopher and Albie Manzo were detained while on vacay in the Dominican Republic after being involved in a brutal bar brawl. Oh, and he’s been trying to climb his way out of $11 million in debt since withdrawing his much-publicized bankruptcy filing in 2011. |

The Middletons live in a $7 million Georgian manor in Bucklebury, a 45-minute drive from England. The new digs are down the road from their old home, where William and Catherine spent many a weekend during and after their four years at St. Andrew’s University. Since TRH’s new digs at Kensington Palace won’t be ready until at least autumn, sources claimed that it made sense for Her Royal Highness to spend the baby’s first six weeks with mum and dad. In addition to apartment 1A not being completely remodeled, Prince William will still be on duty as a search-and-rescue pilot up in Anglesey, Wales, therefore leaving Catherine alone with the baby more often than not. Carole’s younger brother, Gary Goldsmith confirmed to the Telegraph (via Hello!) that Catherine will indeed be using mum’s help. “The fact that they’re taking the baby to Carole’s for the first six weeks is genius,” Goldsmith said of the Middletons. ”Carole’s a brilliant mum – she is 10 years older than me and practised on me – and I think it’s the right thing to do.
