While leaving his hotel in Stockholm, Sweden Tuesday, the Canadian singer is seen sporting a profile portrait of a tiger on his upper left bicep and a dark-haired angel — who eerily looks a lot like his ex Selena Gomez — on his wrist. The 19-year-old now has 14 tattoos all over his body, including three Christ-inspired designs, his mother’s birthday in Roman numerals, the Stratford Cullitons logo for his grandfather and an owl. “I like classic, classic tattoos,” Bieber said on Ellen DeGeneres‘ talk show earlier this year. Well, that certainly looks to be the case.

The songstress gives a behind-the-scenes look at what’s at the heart of her new music video. “It’s all about being afraid to fall in love because you don't want to hurt again,” she said.
Always at the fashion forefront, Lovato goes from angelic in white — and ruins her look with all that drippy black paint, but there’s a deeper meaning for the fashion disaster, obviously. “So you see me in all white that represents something pure,” Lovato explained. “But the black on my hands represents the things I can't let go of — the leftover pain and suffering from past relationships.” Although we know it’s just a music video, Lovato knows a thing or two about heartbreak that could lend itself well to the emotion behind the actress. The X Factor judge, whose dated Wilmer Valderrama and Joe Jonas, opened up about finding love in the February issue of U.K.’s Cosmo on Campus. “I’m in a place where I can finally trust and love and be a better person for the man I am in a relationship with, instead of being a clingy girlfriend or getting jealous,” the 20-year-old pop star told the mag. “It is very unhealthy when girls devote all of their time to a guy and forget their friends and family. I did that. | Mark Your Calendars: Jon Hamm Is Hosting The ESPYs Posted: 24 Apr 2013 11:01 AM PDT  The ESPYs just got a whole lot sexier. On Wednesday, ESPN announced that its annual awards show will be graced by the presence of Jon Hamm, who will serve as host. "The ESPYs is designed to showcase the year's best sports moments in a sharp, fun and entertaining manner and Jon's the perfect host for this year's show," ESPYs executive producer Maura Mandt said in a release. "His appearances on shows like 30 Rock and SNL show that humor and creativity are two of his main strengths." Add to that, his natural knack for looking his very best on nearly every red carpet event, regardless of whether or not he's wearing any underwear.
"I'm very excited to be hosting the ESPYs. As a longtime sports fan and a marginally successful high school athlete I feel my skill-set jibes well with a host's duties," the Mad Men star said in a statement. "I now have to figure out what cleats to wear with a tuxedo." Hamm will follow the footsteps of previous hosts including Justin Timberlake (2008), Samuel L. Jackson (1999) and Rob Riggle, who hosted last year's festivities. Mad Men kicked off its sixth season on AMC earlier this month. The 2013 ESPYs will be handed out live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. | Please Help Confirmed Rich Person Zach Braff Pay For His New Movie Posted: 24 Apr 2013 12:02 PM PDT  Zach Braff is a very famous movie and TV star who has a lot more money than any of us. He also wants us to pay for his new movie. Braff launched a Kickstarter campaign today to get a film he wrote and plans to star in, called Wish I Was Here, funded. Wish I Was Here is a sorta-sequel to Braff’s 2004 film Garden State, in that while Garden State chronicles the white whines on a single man in his 20s, Wish I Was Here chronicles the white whines of a married man in his 30s. Braff says he got the idea to ask for the $2 million to shoot the movie after a similar Kickstarter to fund a Veronica Mars movie raised $5 million. Now, much hubbub has been raised over the seeming rise in popularity of funding movies on Kickstarter and after the Veronica Mars page was posted, Richard Lawson of The Atlantic Wire offered his opinion:
And he’s right, when you bring up starving children, it’s hard to really justify spending money on anything. But there is something particularly awful about professionals who have already risen to the near top of their field asking for handouts as if they can’t get work any other way. The Veronica Mars movie was one thing, but Zach Braff’s is something completely different. Mars was a little-watched, but much-beloved show that aired on UPN/The CW. While it has rabid fans, no studio was going to fund the movie, especially almost six years after the show’s finale. So if the show’s fans want to donate their spare change in the hopes that a movie will get made and released and be good, that’s their right. However, Braff’s movie already had a backer and he was about to sign a financing deal when he pulled out in order to maintain creative control. What he’s saying is that he wants to shoot a vanity project, in which he controls every aspect and then he wants you to pay for it. Braff wants you to produce his new movie, but you won’t see any part of the profits. But isn’t that the beauty of capitalism? If you want to spend $20 to help Zach Braff make his movie about a 30-something actor prone to hallucinatory daydreams, then go ahead. Just know that you’ll be spending the same $13 dollars on a ticket to see the thing when it comes out that I will. |

| ‘The Voice’ Alum Katrina Parker Recaps This Week’s Showdown Posted: 24 Apr 2013 11:25 AM PDT  Referred to as "the embodiment of [The Voice]" by Rolling Stone, Katrina Parker was a Semi-Finalist on Team Adam during Season 2 of the hit show. Katrina’s currently recording her debut album and stopping in weekly to discuss her favorite moments from Season 4 with us. It feels like The Voice battles were over before they even began this season, but I've enjoyed them regardless. Now there's a lot of ground to cover, so let's knit a sweater and talk about some of this week's highlights. Most Entertaining Coach. After Craig Perkins lost his battle to Kris Thomas, Usher made him sweat awhile. He waited until poor Craig talked and talked and hugged Adam Levine before jumping in to make a Steal. It was a little cruel but a LOT entertaining. While I don't always agree with his choices, there is no doubt that Usher is damn good TV. Even without last week's wacky role plays and epic stare downs, that 11th hour Steal wins him "Most Entertaining" for the second week in a row. If This Hair Could Talk. I loved loved loved Monique Abbadie's candy apple red hair and the pinup do she sported during her battle with the surprising Luke Edgemon. It was the perfect complement to her 50's/Jetsons style dress and only enhanced her ability to channel "the perfect amount of Tabasco" for Shakira, helping her win the battle and move on to Knockouts. Not Of This Earth. The voice of Sarah Simmons is from another planet. The aliens sent it down to us (much like they sent down Superman), and now we get to enjoy it here on Earth. I liked her blind audition, but her battle performance of "Wanted You more" was a revelation. Her voice is incredible –flexible and ethereal, gritty in the most unexpected places. God help the person who competes against her next. Saddest Backstory. It was heartbreaking to hear that Vedo's mom passed away after his blind audition. Despite the dramatic background music telling me to be sad, I was genuinely sad about this. Vedo was a champ though and performed admirably, winning his battle and making his momma proud. Kids! They grow up so fast. When Blake Shelton chose "Little White Church" for Jacqui Sandell and Savannah Berry, I was puzzled. Jacqui's a bit rock n' roll, and Savannah's voice sounds more at home on a country ballad. Neither seemed particularly well suited to the song during rehearsals, but Savannah came onstage with a saucy attitude we hadn't previously seen and gave a feisty, battle-winning performance. Our little girl's growing up fast, y'all! Duos Do It Better. Out of the three duos going into battle this season, two came out victorious – The Swon Brothers and Midas Whale. This is a good average for a show that's never really laid out the welcome mat for duos and a pretty delightful turn of events. Most Surprising Lack of Steals. Everyone loved Jessica Childress during her blind audition, and she slayed "Locked out of Heaven" (despite the song key being out of her comfort zone). She deserved a spot in the Knockout rounds, and I'm shocked no one pushed their button. That's called the Kid'n Play. When they cut to Usher giving Blake a "much needed" dance lesson, everyone at home prayed the lesson would take. Maybe Blake will be a dance prodigy and put aside his country moonwalk for good? Maybe I'll become a physicist? Any dream's possible with The Voice. Montage This. I have a suggestion. Why don't we make more time to see FULL battles next season by cutting these silly "step out of the Kia" moments on the red carpet? Then we won't have to miss battles like Michelle Chamuel's, which was probably awesome (we'll never know, will we?). Shake, Rattle and Roll. When Adam revealed "Burning Love" as his song choice for Midas Whale's battle against Patrick Dodd, I squealed a little. When they did a fun folk/bluegrass arrangement of it, I squealed some more. I'm of the opinion that everyone needs more Elvis in their lives (my bobblehead Elvis agrees!). This was an inspired choice on Adam's part and one of the most interesting battles this season. While I'm sad to lose Patrick's raspy, lived-in voice, I'm happy we'll have more time with the hilarious Midas Whale. The Claws Come Out. PS: I remember getting my song assignment the DAY OF my first battle rehearsal in Season 2. I didn't know the song well and had little time to learn it before rehearsing with Adam on camera. It was terrifying, so I empathize with Mary's situation. It's not about being unprepared. Sometimes you just don't know the song, y'all. Best of the Bruno Mars Songbook. The real winner of the battles this week was Bruno Mars, who had not 1 but 2 songs on Monday's episode – "Locked out of Heaven" and "It Will Rain." How about doing his entire catalogue before the season ends? Because if loving Bruno Mars is wrong, I don't wanna be right. | Scarlett Goes Red For Her Return As Black Widow Posted: 24 Apr 2013 07:54 AM PDT  Just a good dye job — and Scarlett Johansson is ready to avenge. The actress has returned to fiery red tresses — but not yet to the famed fan-favorite catsuit costume, from the looks of it — to reprise her role as Black Widow (a.k.a. Natalie Romanova) in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the hotly-anticipated sequel to 2011′s Captain America: The First Avenger, which began production in Los Angeles, Calif., in early April. The follow-up film chronicles Captain America (played by a pumped-up Chris Evans) teaming up with Widow to battle Winter Soldier, Cap’s former-partner-turned-foe Bucky (Sebastian Stan), in present-day Washington, D.C. Johansson and Evans aren’t the only returning for more Marvel mayhem. Samuel L. Jackson has been recast as Nick Fury, alongside recurrent comic-book characters S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Marina Hill (Cobie Smulders), Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) and Armin Zola (Toby Jones). The blockbuster will bring some new faces to the Captain America franchise, too, with Robert Redford joining as a S.H.I.E.L.D. bigwig and Anthony Mackie helming The Falcon’s big-screen debut. But that’s all still a ways away, as Captain America: The Winter Soldier is scheduled for release on April 4, 2014. For now, though, you can feast your eyes on the first still from the movie, courtesy of Disney.

Jessica Paré and Jessica Biel both put their most fashionable foot forward as they hit separate red carpets in New York City on Tuesday night. On the heels of wowing in L’Wren Scott, Paré again took a cue from her Mad Men character’s ’60s chicness with a brush-stroke sleeveless dress from Serbian designer Roksanda Ilinčić, which she styled with a white Charlotte Olympia heels. The star’s fashion knockout stole the spotlight as the Mad Men cast attended a presentation for their award-winning AMC drama at The Paley Center for Media. Just a few city blocks away at Lincoln Center, Biel was turning heads at the 2013 Time 100 Gala in an asymmetrical black Tom Ford tunic dress on the arm of her husband Justin Timberlake, who was also dashing in threads from his favored suit-making designer. While Timberlake let his spiffy tuxedo speak for itself, Biel complemented her frock with Lorraine Schwartz gems, a gold-plated Tom Ford clutch and a peep-toe pump. | Matthew McConaughey Prepared for ‘Mud’ By Being Matthew McConaughey Posted: 24 Apr 2013 07:07 AM PDT In his upcoming film Mud, Matthew McConaughey plays the title character, a fugitive who is hiding on an uninhabited island on the Mississippi River. To prepare for the role, McConaughey tells Page Six that he camped out on a desolate Arkansas island. “The only neighbors were a few snakes and two donkeys," he told the paper. "It was pretty cool." Sounds good, but is this really any different from an average day for McConaughey? Like, wake up in the dirt, grill whatever fish you can catch and don’t shower just seem like things that are scheduled every day in his iCal. In fact, the Swiss Family McConaughey liked his little shipwrecked adventure so much he had to be rescued. “I think he stayed two or three nights,” Mud director Jeff Nichols told Page Six. ”We had to go get him.” The film also stars Reese Witherspoon as the love interest of McConaughey’s fugitive character. Though the Biebs was nowhere to be seen in these adverts, rumor has it this on-again, off-again couple may be heading for yet another reconciliation.
