| Erin Heatherton: St. Barts Babe (PHOTOS) Posted: 02 Feb 2013 11:56 AM PST        The always bikini body ready Erin Heatherton was spotted hard at work on Friday, posing in a variety of new swimwear for Victoria's Secret. At one point, the St. Barts shoot was briefly interrupted by an adorable accessory: a baby boy. While it’s safe to conclude the tiny tot did not belong to Heatherton, the 23-year-old supermodel showed off her maternal side by cradling the youngest member on set. "Shooting @victoriassecret swim! My freckles are back on, productive day already ;)" Heatherton wrote on her Instagramaccount, along with a black-and-white self-portrait from the paradise location.
Earlier this week, Heatherton's fellow Victoria's Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio was also spotted in St. Barts in a separate photo shoot. The mother-of-two flaunted her amazing bikini body in more than 10 different outfits during her long work day. But she made sure everyone felt relaxed on the hot set: in between bikini changes, Ambrosio played pranks on her assistants. Harry Styles' birthday week continued on Friday night, as the One Direction heartthrob and his friend Nick Grimshaw and Pixie Geldof headed for a night out in London. Styles, decked out in a tight heart-adorned blue and white shirt and black pants, spent a good chunk of his evening at the trendy club The Alibi, as a swarm of photographers waited outside. While his One Direction band mates were nowhere to be seen, it looks like Taylor Swift's ex had no trouble enjoying his big evening. According to The Daily Mail and photos found by a fan on Twitter, Styles and his entourage later headed to a private party, where he was treated to a lap dance from a lingerie-clad performer."I feel olllllllllllldddddddddddd,” Styles wrote on Twitter, later adding, “Hiiiiiii, thank you for saying Happy Birthday. | 6 Real-Life Hauntings That Would Make Great Horror Movies Posted: 02 Feb 2013 10:04 AM PST  The oddly titled horror follow-up The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia is – like its predecessor – based upon an episode of the popular Discovery true-life recreation series A Haunting. In fact, the popular show's two pilot episodes, entitled "A Haunting in Connecticut" and "A Haunting in Georgia," inspired these loosely adapted versions of the reportedly true events. With paranormal series now abounding on television – including Ghost Hunters, A Haunting, Paranormal Witness, The Haunted, Paranormal State and a host of others – spook tales from the other side are becoming big business. As Hollywood looks to these true stories for inspiration, a few flesh-and-blood events stand out from the crowd as potential front-runners for the big-screen treatment. We dug up a few of our favorite real-life campfire tales in the hopes that horror fans everywhere might see the potential.
A Brooklyn Haunting – Paranormal Witness Featured on the first season of Syfy's Paranormal Witness, the episode "A Brooklyn Haunting" is unique largely for it's non-suburban setting. When a struggling family moves into a too-good-to-be-true house in Brooklyn, a presence rises from an empty, dirt-floored room hidden at the back of the basement. Plagued by voices, footsteps and physical attacks, the mother and her children stumbled upon an old disheveled wedding dress wrapped in vintage, 1920's newspaper. After the mother discards the dress, the haunting intensified until she learns of an ailing wife who'd died in the house years prior and who always adored her prized wedding dress. Bobby Mackey's – Ghost Hunters / A Haunting Bobby Mackey's roadside tavern is something of a watering hole for paranormal investigators, having been featured on almost every supernatural reality show to date. Rumors abound about the nature of the haunting. The most outlandish involve Satanists who reportedly murdered a pregnant woman and cursed the location. The most romantic, however, suggest that another pregnant woman named Johanna – a dancer during the tavern's earliest days – killed herself after her father had orchestrated the murder of her lover. Either way, the spirits that haunt the sawdust covered floors of Bobby Mackey's still to this day react violently – some say jealously – toward any females left alone there. Capitol Theater Haunting – Paranormal Witness A second-season episode of Paranormal Witness, "The Capitol Theater Haunting" highlighted the historic Capitol Theater in Salt Lake City, Utah. Unique for its grand, publically occupied location, the episode centered on the late-night security staff whose experiences with rogue elevators, slamming doors and shadow people caught on-stage and in the audience eventually escalated to the permeating smell of smoke. Soon, the officers discovered that the theater had long ago caught fire during a performance, having claimed the life of a young man who'd run back into the flames to help usher folks out to safety. A Haunting in Ireland – A Haunting This season three episode of A Haunting is interesting for two reasons. First, its location in Galway, Ireland gives the story a unique setting outside of the traditional American home. Second, the ghost that plagues a young, Irish couple just returned home with their newborn child – ravaging the house in an almost ghostly tantrum – turns out to be the spirit of a baby who'd been killed along with its mother for having been conceived out of wedlock. The Rain Man – Paranormal Witness This particularly unsettling episode of Paranormal Witness focused on a man named Don Decker. Serving a minor prison sentence, Don was relieved when he received a weekend pass to attend the funeral of his formerly abusive grandfather. Refused a place to stay by his mother, Don was put up by a family friend and was later attacked in their upstairs bathroom by an invisible entity. Originally disbelieving of the strange things Don claimed to experience, the family soon saw first-hand when it suddenly began to "rain" in their living room, upside-down and sideways in defiance of gravity. Sent back to prison, Don began acting strange, demonstrating to the other prisoners that he could create and control similar droplets of rainwater, hurling them at the guards dozens of feet away. The chaplain eventually determined that Don had become possessed by the corrupted spirit of his grandfather and later performed a successful exorcism. House of the Rising Dead – The Haunted Not to be confused with A Haunting, the similarly titled series The Haunted featured this creepy tall-tale about a single mother who takes possession of old-school manse in New Orleans. Discovering a room at the top of the abandoned slave quarters that's been decorated with strange, Egyptian symbols, the family finds that the supernatural phenomena is connected to the activities of a cult that used to operate there. A medium warns that a portal had been opened and that coaxing the spirits back through a mirror – all of which in the house had been mysteriously shattered or blacked out – was the only way to cleanse the property. |

| Jesse Heiman’s 60 Kisses With Bar Refaeli (EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW) Posted: 02 Feb 2013 09:35 AM PST        Jesse Heiman knows that supermodel Bar Refaeli is a good kisser — he made out with her 60 times in one day. As one of the stars of Go Daddy’s new Super Bowl commercial, in which he kisses Leonardo DiCaprio‘s ex girlfriend, Heiman has become the envy of millions of red-blooded males. "I'm the luckiest guy in America," he told Celebuzz of his steamy experience, which took 60 takes to complete. In the commercial, which was released by the Internet company days ahead of the Super Bowl, Heiman and Refaeli smooch for a long eight seconds as Danica Patrick watches on. Like the rest of us, Heiman, 32, made sure he loaded up on mints, gum and mouth strips before locking lips with the Israeli hottie in L.A.'s famous Universal lot.
"I had to make sure that my breath was good and it worked — because Bar told me that I was a good kisser too," he said. Heiman, a veteran background actor whose 11-year resume includes The Social Network, American Pie 2, Entourage and Glee, first made headlines last year when a compilation of his work popped up on YouTube. While the Boston native remained tight-lipped about his Go Daddy paycheck, he did dish on his love life, if anyone is interested (and there's competition). "At the moment I do not have a girlfriend but the offers are starting to roll in after the advert aired on YouTube, and the feedback has been very positive." Beyond the 60 takes of lip action, Heiman said his gorgeous co-star was great to work with."She was very smart and a lot of fun and when the camera was not rolling, she would ask me questions and we chatted about various things. | Ryan Gosling Gets Rough (PHOTOS) Posted: 02 Feb 2013 10:05 AM PST        Ryan Gosling trades in his fast muscle car from Drive for an even faster dirt bike in the crime thriller The Place Beyond the Pines. Pines re-teams Gosling with Blue Valentine director Derek Cianfrance for a movie that serves almost as an unofficial sequel to 2011's Drive. Gosling plays Luke, a motorcycle stuntman who turns to bank robbing to help make ends meet. That doesn't sit too well with Bradley Cooper's character, a rookie cop tasked with taking Luke down. Joining the two are Eva Mendes, Ray Liotta and Dane DeHaan (The Amazing Spider-Man 2).
A lucky few got a chance to see Pines when it screened last September at the Toronto International Film Festival, where it earned considerable praise. The film's March 29 release date can't get here fast enough. Early Saturday morning, the UK branch of Live Nation posted an image of Beyonce Knowles‘s potential upcoming world tour on its website, only to have it removed moments later. Decked out in regal attire, the 31-year-old singer can be seen posing in serious fashion, along with the words "The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour." (Bey's husband Jay-Z's real name is Shawn Carter). The leaked image comes just days after Beyonce delivered an impromptu live performance of the national anthem at a Super Bowl press conference."I may have an announcement after the [halftime] performance – fans should just stay tuned to see," the superstar told a roomful of media.
On Sunday, Beyonce will deliver one of the most highly anticipated halftime shows in Super Bowl history. To get you in the mood for Sunday’s crop of big-ticket spots, check out the products that your favorite celebs — like the Justins (Bieber and Timberlake), Brad, Britney, Beyonce, Betty, and more — have slung in some of our favorite Super Bowl commercials from years gone by (Pepsi really likes their stars!). Michael J. Fox, Diet Pepsi (1987) The Family Ties star gets an unexpected visit from a new sexy neighbor seeking a Diet Pepsi — and he goes to great lengths to get it for her in this action-packed ad, while channeling a little Alex P. Keaton and a little Marty McFly. Kevin Bacon, Visa (2002) In a parody of the game that bears his name, “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon,” the actor proves his identity with a spoof of “six degrees” in an effort to buy a book without ID. He says to the clerk, “Okay, I was in a movie with an extra, Eunice, whose hairdresser, Wayne, attended Sunday school with Father O’Neill, who plays racquetball with Dr. Sanjay, who recently removed the appendix of Kim, who dumped you sophomore year. So you see, we’re practically brothers.” Well played, Kev. Britney Spears, Pepsi (2002) Britney dances and sings her way through the many decades of Pepsi’s history starting with the ’50s. In this big-budgeted, impressively-produced ad, the pop-princess shows her range by dressing and acting the part of each decade. She continued to demonstrate her range later that year when she starred in her first movie Crossroads. Jessica Simpson, Pizza Hut (2004) In a reference to her infamous “is this chicken…or is this fish?” question she asked during her MTV reality show, Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica, Simpson says to her sister Ashlee, “I know, buffalos don’t have wings,” in this commercial for Pizza Hut’s buffalo chicken pizza. Thus proving that she was in on the joke, and has a sense of humor about herself. Pink, Britney Spears, Beyonce & Enrique Iglesias, Pepsi (2004) The power-house pop-stars sing a badass version of Queen’s “We Will Rock You” in this larger-than-life gladiator-themed Pepsi ad. Getting the three singers together at the height of their careers was already a coup, but seeing them take down Latin heartthrob Enrique Iglesias as an evil Roman emperor was epic indeed. Brad Pitt, Heineken (2005) Brad Pitt artfully dodges the paparazzi for a six-pack of Heineken. There isn’t much to say about this commercial that it doesn’t say for itself. It’s Brad Pitt. In a commercial. He’s hot. But it also ran during a dramatic time in Brad Pitt’s personal life — near the release of Mr. and Mrs. Smith and weeks before he broke things off with Jennifer Aniston for Angelina Jolie. Justin Timberlake, Pepsi (2008) It may not be totally clear what was going on in this commercial which shows JT being dragged throughout New York City, but it’s fun to watch anyway. Mostly because we get to see the Sexy star being helplessly and hilariously yanked around, and there’s the added bonus of a silly cameo by a Britney’d-out Andy Sandberg. Oh, and a week after this spot aired, Timberlake won two Grammys. Per usual, Justin rocks it. Betty White, Snickers (2010) In undoubtedly the best installment of the “You’re Not You When You’re Hungry” Snickers campaign, Betty White throws the ‘tude (while also getting knocked) around the football field. It was just one of the many hysterical Betty White moments that followed her unforgettable performance in 2009′s The Proposal. Justin Bieber and Ozzy Osbourne, Best Buy (2011) Sharon’s bossy, Ozzy’s clueless, and Bieber saves the day in this smart Best Buy ad. There’s nothing better than when seemingly-random celebrities are paired together, and it’s even better when they poke fun at themselves. “What the F*&%’s a Beiber?” We’re sure Ozzy wasn’t the first to ask that question. Matthew Broderick, Honda (2012) It took them long enough to do a “remake” of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Do we care that it was in an ad for a car? Nope, just as long as we get to see Broderick (who will always be Ferris to us) running around L.A. while playing hooky from acting, singing, dancing, and frolicking on the beach, all the while making inside references to the original movie. Because sometimes you really do need to stop and look around a while, because life moves pretty fast, and you could miss it. This year we’ll be wowed by Amy Poehler, Kaley Cuoco, Paul Rudd, and more, but you’ll have to wait until Monday to see a roundup of our favorite celeb spots from this year’s game. It looks like Maxwell is already turning into a little fashionista: do those plaid shoes come in a bigger size?In other baby news, Simpson's BFF Cacee Cobb announced earlier this week that she’s expecting her first child with husband Donald Faison. | ‘Haunting in Connecticut 2′: How Horrifed Are Critics by the Creepy Sequel? Posted: 01 Feb 2013 03:48 PM PST  2009's The Haunting in Connecticut emerged as a surprisingly better-than-expected haunted house movie, garnering strong critical notices and solid box office. So it makes sense that the film would spawn a sequel, The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia. What doesn't make quite as much sense is that this movie has zero on-screen ties to the first film, making the title both headache-inducing and an obvious attempt to cash in on the clout of the 2009 film. The convoluted title is the least of the film's problems, according to critics. Is Georgia worth your hard-earned cash this weekend? Read on to find out…
Set in 1993, Georgia centers on the Wyrick family: Mother Lisa (Abigail Spencer), her sister Joyce (Battlestar Galactica's Katee Sackhoff) and young daughter Heidi (Emily Alyn Lind). They have just moved into – naturally – an historic country home haunted by former travelers on the Underground Railroad. Lots of scary sh!@ ensues, as does a very uneven time at the movies. We'll let the critics explain:Mark Olsen, The Los Angeles Times “The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia might win for most unwieldy title of the year, but there’s little else to distinguish this movie… from the recent crop of supernatural horror thrillers supposedly based on true stories. The storytelling, from a script by David Coggeshall, is at times nearly incoherent and relies too often on random scares." On Thursday, the 32-year-old took part in Godiva's "Share the Love" event at Rockefeller Center in New York, where fans got the opportunity to meet Cannon at the chocolate booth. Cannon was spotted posing with the chocolate company's Large Classic Fabric Heart — a gift for wife Mariah Carey, perhaps? Over in London, Victoria Beckham headed out for a day of errands — in style, of course. The 38-year-old fashion queen stayed warm in a grey and red sweater, dark jeans and knee-high boots.
Unless Beckham had superhero powers, she did not travel to Australia on the same day. But wearing a remarkably similar outfit on Friday was supermodel Miranda Kerr. One week after vacationing in Cancun, the Victoria’s Secret Angel — in a grey tee and dark jeans — touched down at Sydney Airport, accompanied by a handful of security. Back in Tinseltown, Reese Witherspoon took advantage of the warm California weather as she headed out for the day in a cute blue dress, while a pregnant Jenna Dewan was spotted indulging in some retail therapy in L.A. | ‘Warm Bodies’ Star Nicholas Hoult Says the Zom-Rom-Com ‘Could Have Got Ridiculous’ (VIDEO) Posted: 01 Feb 2013 06:04 PM PST  Given the effortless charm and natural good looks of Teresa Palmer and Nicholas Hoult – even if the latter is made up to look like a decomposing zombie – it seems like it would be easy to get audiences on board with a romantic comedy where the two of them play star-crossed lovers. But Hoult admits that he and his collaborators faced a unique challenge bringing the story to life, since they were simultaneously trying to scare the audience, make them laugh and convince them to care about the burgeoning relationship at the heart of the film. It could have easily got ridiculous and become a parody," Hoult tells Celebuzz.
"I think it's finding that right balance, which Jonathan's really good at doing with all of his films," he says. "It's aware occasionally that it's ridiculous… willing to not take itself too seriously, but at the same time giving the characters time for their relationships to grow and for the audience to care about them." By themselves, meanwhile, zombie movies demand a certain kind of logistical foundation – some "rules," if you will, for the characters, and especially the undead, to obey. Hoult says that he spent a lot of time immersing himself in zombie movie mythology before giving himself over to the demands of this particular story. "You can prepare and prepare as much as you want," he says. "But eventually you've just got to give it a go and hope for the best. And it was a really fun set to work on – we had a really great actors like Teresa and Rob. That makes it easy when you're with people you like, having fun.” Warm Bodies opens Friday, February 1. | Chris Brown Likely to Avoid Jail Time, Says Jane Velez-Mitchell Posted: 01 Feb 2013 04:34 PM PST  We all know Chris Brown has had a few run-ins with the law, his most memorable one undoubtedly being when he beat up then (and now) girlfriend, Rihanna, back in 2009. Brown was sentenced to five years probation for that infamous night. With just two years of that sentence left, Brown is back in hot water following a brawl with Grammy nominee, Frank Ocean.
The entire situation arose from a call to police on Jan. 27 in West Hollywood where a fight was said to have occurred between six men, two of them being Brown and Ocean. The situation is still being investigated, however both artists have reportedly sustained injuries. Brown is due back in court for a probation hearing on Wednesday, Feb. 6. HLN’s Jane Velez-Mitchell looks at the situation frankly, “We all know that when big stars violate their probation, if they have high-powered attorneys, they seem to get away without spending any significant time behind bars, if they even visit a jail. “We do have a two-tiered criminal justice system in this country, one for all of us and one for the rich and famous,” says Velez-Mitchell. | Jason Bateman Drops $3M to Buy Which Actor’s Home? Posted: 01 Feb 2013 05:11 PM PST        Jason Bateman is about to live in a house worthy of an Oscar winner — literally. According to Trulia, the Arrested Development star and his wife, Amanda Anka, closed a $3 million deal on Jan. 23 to live in a home occupied by the late Ernest Borgnine, who died late last year of kidney failure. So, what will the hefty price tag get them? Among the many amenities: five bedrooms; seven bathrooms; a paneled library; a formal sitting room; a private guesthouse; and nice views of Mulholland Drive.
Who knew Borgnine had such spacious and stylish digs? For more on Bateman’s new home, click through the gallery, above. After getting canceled by FOX in 2006, Arrested Development will return for another batch of episodes (14, to be exact) in May, on the popular streaming website Netflix. Ellen DeGeneres wished partner Portia de Rossi a very happy 40th birthday with a skit that featured DeGenerous as the birthday girl. The seven-minute skit showed the talk show host walking through all of de Rossi’s most important life moments, including her days at Ally McBeal and Arrested Development, and when she met her wife of eight years. DeGeneres gushed when she ended the skit with a mock wedding scene, complete with Joshua Radin. “I have to say that the last eight years of my life have been the happiest, best time ever. You make me so happy. I love you, happy birthday.” DeGeneres said. “Thank you baby,” de Rossi emotionally replied. After the skit, a real video montage then featured the couple throughout the years, including their romantic wedding day. |
